What we collect

Name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor (PayPal) - we never see or store your full card details.

Why we collect it

Only to process and deliver your order, provide support, and send order updates.

Who we share it with

Only the partners we need to run the store and get your order to you: our store platform (Shopify), payment processor (PayPal), and our shipping/fulfillment provider. To see how the store and our ads perform, we also share limited data with our analytics and advertising partner (Meta) and our email service (Klaviyo). These are service providers acting on our behalf — we never sell your data.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use cookies and similar browser storage (including local storage) to keep the store running, remember your cart, and see how our pages and ads are doing. Some of these are essential; others simply help us improve.

For analytics, we use Shopify's built-in tools and Meta (Facebook) analytics to understand how visitors use the store. We also use the Meta Pixel, which sends Meta limited information about your activity here — such as pages viewed and purchases — so we can measure how our ads perform and reach a relevant audience on Facebook and Instagram. We use Klaviyo to send the emails you sign up for, like order updates and our welcome offer.
