If your dog isn't visibly more comfortable within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a refund or free replacement. No complicated forms.

How to start a return

Email sadovyidenys9999@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Condition

For standard returns, items should be in original, resellable condition. Guarantee claims are reviewed case by case - we're reasonable and customer-first.
